how to install mol

karmic 9.10 64 bit
i try to install mol i download from web http://mac-on-linux.sourceforge.net/
i extract file and use command ./configure but it's have fail .
how i can install mol ?

I would recommend to use the one which is provided by Ubuntu, by doing:
sudo apt-get install mol

maybe it's not free
