Today on Google, I have found that since January, there is a new AMD ATI 10.1 driver available and it says it is compatible with Ubuntu 9.10.

Has anyone tried it ?

Is it working ?

What bugs does it have ?

I did a forum search and found nothing on this.

Where did you get this one ? From ATI, opensource or unofficial ATI Linux wiki ?

There have been some complaints about 10.2 from HD5xxx users. A lot of them have gone back to the 10.1 driver for now.
