I have a disc with 9.10, and When I restart my computer, and boot Ubuntu from the HD. It shows an error message that the boot.ini file is invalid, and then it boots up Windows. (I'm running XP Service Pack 3) Also when I try booting from the Disc, it goes to the main screen, you know the one with memory test, installing Ubuntu, Trying Ubuntu, etc. When I go to install Ubuntu it just shows a blinking underscore. If it helps any I am using a Toshiba Satellite L35-S2174. What am I doing wrong?
