usb-creator.exe on Windows

Has anyone noticed that the Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.10 has the "usb-creator.exe" file that the regular Ubuntu 9.10 download is missing? If anyone needs it let me know. Also tell me a recommended website to upload the files to because rapidshare and megaupload have long wait times.

"sudo apt-get install usb-creator" should also work.
