? in ubuntu 9.10 i installed hp deskjet f2480 it wont print it there but wont print says its at idle i have been every were for 3 days need help im new at this ubuntu and other then ubuntu what other o/s is out there that dont need 512mb ram

Sorry for the delay in responding - I often forget to check the forums.

http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1293057 mentions that same model printer and apparently they got it to work. That thread has some things you can try. If you still can't get it working let us know and we can do some more troubleshooting.
