Use of word Ubuntu & Logo

Hi i am looking to create a site with software for ubuntu and reviews etc. Please can you tell me if I can use the word "Ubuntu" and the logo? It is not a commercial site, just listing software.

No, we can't tell you. Only Canonical can tell you. Get permission from them, or they'll force you to change it.

I couldnt of seen it anyhow, wont let me on it, getting this message:
