Wubi error message

I tried to install Ubuntu twice with the Windows installer but something goes wrong when the installation count reaches 0 seconds. It said "Permission denied" and told me to check a registry file called wubi-9.10ubuntu1-rev160.log
When I put OK the complete installation seemd to disappear.
I cleaned up the registry and then run Wubi as the administrator and it worked!

I'm not sure whether this is because windows is overprotective.
When starting wubi.exe don't double click it, try right-click and select Run As Administrator. That will run it with maximum permissions. If that doesn't work, I don't know.

I´ve tried that too and it didn´t work. It was the same result.
