You simply had to download the files (http://phpsysinfo.sourceforge.net/) and extract them to the webspace where you would like to be able to access it.
Then simply configure the files (if i remeber right there is a file Install or Readme in the package) and enjoy it.

Hi,

You need to install "phpsysinfo" package.

$ sudo apt-get install phpsysinfoFor more information, please see http://phpsysinfo.sourceforge.net (http://phpsysinfo.sourceforge.net/)
