How can instal compiz fusion so I dont need to strart it each time I turn on my compiuter? It is realy anoing.. im new in ubuntu.

Compiz fusion is installed by default. The only thing you really need is the right driver for your graphics card. Turn compiz on by right-clicking on your desktop, choose "Change Desktop Background" and change to the "Visual Effects"-tab. There you can pick the option to turn compiz on (see screenshot).
