What to install?

Have one of these coming in the morning

Acer Aspire Revo R3610 Desktop,Intel Atom Dual Core N330, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD,HDMI, GeForce 9400 ION, Linpus Linux

was wondering if I would get any benefit from installing the 64 bit version,

also any easy tutorials on installing apache/php/mysql/phpMyAdmin?

If you have the choice than go with the 64bit. See here for LAMP (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ApacheMySQLPHP) setup.
