Hi,
I am no longer able to access getdeb website or repo. It was working yesterday. Is it working for you?
Thanks.

Anyone has an idea why they are experiencing problems?
The blog is not very informative...
Seems to me like their service is popular, but they could use a helping hand in keeping it up and running.

There's another thread about the problem here:

steveh2009 said there are mirrors available for GetDeb: http://mirrors.dotsrc.org/getdeb

It's a shame you can't specify mirror servers in Apt for it to fall back on in case of a server error, that would be a cool feature.

What about signaling your down so apt wont flip. Now THAT would be a cool feature. Could guess that could be done with a central repository server and as registration is needed it would add to the security of apt.

Does anyone know what is happening with getdeb.net? I got packages from getdeb.net that are marked to be upgraded but my aptitude will not connect to their repository. I have even received errors of no route to host.
Love,
Andres
