Can I update the ISO image with all the new updates to install the Ubuntu 9.10?
I have tryed the suport but they can't help me to fix my network problem. I thougt that maybe if I apply all the new updates to the iso image then my network will work?

Re iso image with all new updates included: the short answer seems to be "no." I tried to do something similar -- what you're trying to do is called making a custom iso -- and after three weeks of trying everything I could think of, I decided it was hopeless. You need to understand way more about the system than I do.

However, the bigger question is why do you think that would fix a network problem? Do you have to boot from a LiveCD? If so, one thing to try would be to make a Live USB, and allocate a good bit of memory on it to storing settings. Then you could boot from it, apply all the updates, and they would be permanently saved (unlke a read-only CD).

If you're booting from a hard drive, how does booting from a liveCD help the network issues?
