hello i never use firefox because i use opera however i am realy bored and i want to play around with my firefox however i have already ran into a problem, my problem is that firefox does not let me update to 3.6 i am currently using 3.0. how can i update my firefox? i use ubuntu 9.04

3.6 is included (I believe) in Lucid, but not the Jaunty PPAs. You could try adding the daily builds to your own PPAs.

Start Synaptic Package Manager, reload package information, type in firefox in the search box and Mark it for upgrade

i tried searching it in the synaptic package manager and it wont let me mark for upgarde

Install the Ubuntuzilla repo and always keep Firefox, Thunderbird and Seamonkey up to date with the latest Mozilla releases:

Even with default repositories you should be able to upgrade to 3.5 for the moment.
