How do I make a shortcut (or link or launcher) to my Windows Network/Workgroup in 9.10?
Let me be clear here: I do NOT want to make a shortcut to a shared folder on another computer. I want to make a shortcut icon on my desktop that when clicked, produces a window that shows a list of the other computers on the Windows network workgroup.
My workgroup is called "Apt22" and I can navigate to it through the places menu: Places > Network > Windows Network > Apt22. I want the Apt22 icon on my desktop. But the system throws error messages when I try the "make link" option.
So, how can this be done?
I managed to do this on previous releases of Ubuntu, but now I'm completely stumped.
Thanks for your attention, y'all.
