Hijacked

Ok, I am new to all of this but I did succesfully figure out how to dual boot xp and ubuntu. Then I got the bright Idea of upgrading my XP to 7. IT hijacked the boot loader and I can no longer get to Ubuntu or Grub. PLease help.

You could probably try downloading GParted, and seeing if there's still a swap partition on your Hard Disk, or if win7 reformatted your entire HDD, which would mean ubuntu isn't even there any more.

Its still there. Its on teh second drive. I think it has something to do with the boot record, maybe. Grub controlled the dual boot with XP as a choice, but grub is no longer there and i cant get to the second hard drive with my personal skill set
