Hi,
I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 64-bit, and am having troubles with my CD drive's eject button. Pressing it when it is empty will eject the tray, as it should. But when a disc is in, the eject button does absolutely nothing, and I have to right click the CD icon on the desktop and eject it there.
I've done some googling about this, and the responses generally are a mix between "your drive is broken" (which it isn't, it works perfectly on windows), and something about manually unmounting it first.
Is there something I can do to make the physical eject button on the drive work correctly?
Thanks!
