hello, i am having a small issue installing my eyetoy namtai webcam onto ubuntu 9.10 karmic. i have looked online to find instructions on how to install it and i found this (http://https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallingEyetoyAsAWebcam). however, when i try to install it, i have a problem. see, the first thing they ask is for me to place this into my terminal
wget http://www.rastageeks.org/downloads/ov51x-jpeg/ov51x-jpeg-1.5.1.tar.gz but when i do that i get an error that says this

can someone please tell me whats wrong and, if there is a way to do so, how to correct this problem?
