Allow Grub to See OS X

Well I have a sort of hack machine. A Hp mini 110 running OS X 10.5.7, Windows 7 and Ubuntu 9.04. After finally installing Ubuntu I have the 3 operating systems on. However the grub bootloader was installed so now when I turn it on it gives me the options of Ubuntu, Ubuntu recovery, a mem ubuntu one and Win7. However OS X doesn't show up. How can I add it to the list? Or possibly remove Grub totally so I can go back to Chameleon Bootloader V2.
