Well has anyone experienced this? If the remote desktop has any of the "Visual Effects" turned on, none of the windows can be viewed via Remote Desktop Viewer.
The remote control worked great until this feature was enabled. So the question is, what good is remote desktop if all you can see is the desktop and none of the windows that are opened on the desktop?
I brought my laptop up to the remote computer and took control. I am able to activate any application remotely but on the laptop I see nothing but the desktop. On the remote machine it all looks normal.
Is there a patch I need to apply?
