I first installed Ubuntu which worked just fine. Afterwards I installed Fedora too. Now when I restart my computer, I get 2 options Fedora and Other. The Fedora option works just fine but when I click on Other, it says BOOTMGR missing. What should I do ? I have the latest versions of both

bootmgr is a boot file used by windows vista and 7. It has nothing to do with ubuntu. You didn't mention to have windows also. Can the fedora menu be wrong/old?
And just for information, when installing fedora you could have checked Advanced option and tell it not to install a bootloader (grub). You already had grub from ubuntu and it can boot almost any linux, so no need for new grub to be installed unless specifically you want to use the bootloader from the other distro.

Also, to clear up your boot process info you might follow the instructions here:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=8844901&postcount=4

You can also post the content of results.txt if you want to.

I don't have windows. I wiped it out before installing ubuntu. How do I check if Ubuntu is still there after I have installed Fedora

Boot with the ubuntu cd into the live desktop (Try Ubuntu) and run the script as per the instructions from the link of my last post. It will show plenty of useful info.
