disable window bar for maximized windows

Hi,
Does anyone know a way to automatically disable the window bar/border for all maximized windows?
It would be a very nice feature for small screens.
I use kubuntu / KDE / kwin.

In Compiz, scroll down to the "Effects" section and click "Window Decorations". On the "Decoration windows" field, replace "any" with "!state=maxvert" (without the quotes).

Thank you. But the resize button is also not available any more. Can compiz be configured to use some key bindings for restore?
