Hello,
Has anyone else had problems with the version upgrade not working inside adept? I am running Hardy 8.04 server with a Kubuntu Desktop. I run weekly updates regularly and it always asks after updating if I want to run version upgrade or quit. Well I have run version upgrade twice now out of 5 running systems and both times it locks the system up to the point I have to reinstall the OS. Another question I have bought 2 different LinuxIdenty starter Ubuntu magazines one with 8.10 and the other with 9.10 DVD's using the 32bit DVD neither one of them will install the OS I ran check disk and it passes. I have to go back to my 8.04 cd that I downloaded and burnt myself to get the OS to install. Any others having these problems?
