Hi people, I have been trying for the past two hours to install gstreamer-0.10.26 I haven't succeeded because several helper files were not installed at my last Crunchbang install including glib.
So, I have attached a screendump (I think, I can't see where the attachment is. It did appear to upload) which includes the lines about glib needing libxml2 for builds but, it needs fixing.
I upgraded the libxml2 package in the package manager after going there to see if libxml2 was installed (it was but, had an asterisk against it for upgrading).
I ran ./configure again on gstreamer but, the same message came back.
I have been trying to get gstreamer working to see if it will allow Moonlight to work and show the Olympics.
It should do but,...
