Connect To Ubuntu Over Internet

Please can you tell me how I can connect to my Ubuntu PC over the internet? Any Sites like logmein etc work with linux?

A site like no-ip.com (http://www.no-ip.com/) or dyndns.com (https://www.dyndns.com/account/entrance/) should work. You will also need to set up port-forwarding on your router, and decide how you intend to connect (SSH, etc).
