I had downloaded the theme posted here by Tipped OuT (http://ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=800213) on this page http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1179743
I loved the theme, but it had sharp edges, which really isnt my fav to be honest. Hence I have uploaded this theme (with a few modifications). I do not want to take any credit away from the original uploader. This is essentially his theme.
This is how the modified AWN theme looks:

How to Install:
Open the AWN manager, click on the Themes tab and then click on Add and then locate the file which you have downloaded. Apply the theme.
