Need Karmic Server install CD with latest updates

On my iSCSI booted server, the standard Karmic Server install CD installs a system that won't boot.
This is caused by a bug in the initscripts. This bug is solved in an update of this package.
How do I get the updated version of the initscripts package on my install CD?
