txHP2130ea strange wireless problem
OK, I decided to install ubuntu on my laptop. I decided to install it. Right now I have it setup to dual boot with vista. When I launch ubuntu, I have no wireless.

I am new to linux, but any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. I have an HP tx2130ea, running 9.10.

Any thoughts?

Does wireless work in windows? if it doesn't you could think about some hardware-related problem.
In case this happens only while in ubuntu, try to find the correct driver in case that is the problem.
If nobody here can give you any wiser advise, i'd recommend you to do a web search including the type/model/brand of wireless card you have in your computer. There are sites where you can download linux drivers for particular wifi cards.
Though this is no specific answer, i hope it can give you some guide about what to look for. It worked for me, at least.
