The easiest linux apps you use

Hi, it occured to me that with linux you have a vast variety of program's you can use, but not all are easy.
So i personally selected some which i find so easy, that anyone can operate them.

Handbrake, for easy transcoding or even ripping
PS3 Media Manager, for streaming content to your console
Shotwell, for ease management of photos

Ok, thats not a lot but what you think and have you other very easy applications you use you recommend to beginners?

It's extremely easy, and I use it a lot.
