This is my first leap to trying linux, and I load the ubuntu disk and I reach the startup page for installation options, try the demo etc. But when I click one of these options, the CD stops spinning and the computer apparently locks up.
What should I do?
I am using hp pavillion dv6985 with Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit.
