Buy a Wii?

I would like to play gamecube games, since I never played any Nintendo games since Nintendo 64. For the Wii I will wait until they release Wii HD, but for now I want a used Gamecube.

Ok, but it's not certain that they will release a Wii HD as far as I know.

If you really want a gamecube, eBay would be the perfect place, but as you seem to dislike buying online, and assuming you don't have any game stores nearby, try the small ads in your local newspaper.

The wii plays gamecube games, you just need some gamecube controllers to play with.

You should be able to pick one up used at a GameStop or similar store fairly cheaply. I picked one up a few years ago with several games and three controllers for around $60.

I suggest Craigslist. Any legitimate seller on Craigslist will be willing meet you face-to-face, so no buying online.

Yes I agree, you will want a Wii when later you realise all the capabilities it has available.;)

Think of it this way; If you had never used a microwave, you would think you'd never need one, but try not having one!

I would suggest Google and read.
