Is there any GTK/XFCE GUI Theme maker/builder?

So the, question is: Is there any GTK/XFCE GUI Theme maker/builder for newbies as me?
I found some themes that i would like to adjust a little bit. But with textual gtkrc files i have no experience-so would like to know if there is some simple gui app with which i could adjust some themes?

Sorry, there is no GUI for theme creation...

But making your own GTKRC files is not as difficult as it sounds.

It is old and closed, but it does give you a good introduction.

Also, you may want to install The Widget Factory (it's in the repositories)

With this you can preview your creations.
