Dual boot vista & hardy. Want super-os. How?

I have Vista and Hardy dual booted after partitioning. I have made a live DVD of Super-OS and would like to install that rather than Hardy but not sure now how to de-install Hardy and install Super-OS. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

First do this. (http://members.iinet.net.au/~herman546/p18.html#MbrFix.exe)After that you can delete Ubuntu partitionwith Ubuntu live CD or with Gparted live CD. (http://gparted.sourceforge.net/)On free soace install OS of your choice.
