I started a new job and they use C++ on windows using either MS Visual C++ or Borland Developer Studio.
Is there any Ubuntu equivalent good IDE with debugger ? Please advise.

I'm using kdevelop (http://www.kdevelop.org/) and I like it more than any other C++ IDE that I've tried.
It also works fine in Gnome, even though it's a KDE application. Anjuta is a nice IDE too.
