Installing a windows manager in server?

Hi all,
I was wondering if I could install a windows manager in a server install so that I could mainly work out of command line, but when it was necessary open a window (to view a website etc). Is this feasible?

Yep, you can get it in the usual way

Cool. Making sure that made sense. So something like apt-get install kde, apt-get install some windows manager?
