I am trying to make a chart like this:

Using the attached spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is a cvs file, but I had to rename it to txt to upload it.

I think "R" can do this(available in the Package Manager as r-base). It's been awhile, but I do remember using R and its graphing ability very lightly in an intro to statistics class.

Theres a quick tutorial on the basics, R is a great program(more of a language really), but it is command line. I believe there is a GUI for it, but I didn't like the GUI so I just learned the commands.

It takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it R is pretty nice, and definitely very capable,

I am pretty sure the Open Office Calc software should handle this, although I have been frustrated with its charting capabilities before.

Gnuplot should otherwise work, but is a bit difficult to use.
