Realtek Sound Driver

I recently downloaded the realtek sound drivers and i am a total newbie to Ubuntu.
The file is called LinuxPkg_5.14rc4.tar.bz2.
I am not sure how to install this file and please could someone help me :)

What version of Ubuntu are you using?

You can see by running:


lsb_release -a

Oh and I should see the output of:


lspci | grep Audio
