9.10 New Installation HELP!

Ok, totally new to Ubuntu! I had it installed before but needed the machine for someone else and gave it up. I am now going to attempt to make a server using Ubuntu 9.10. I will want to use LAMP, Open SSH, Webmin. Is there anything someone can tell me to watch out for? Also, this will be attached to my home network which is all Windows 7. Do I need anything because of that? I want to use this server for backups, webserver, and website developement. Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is my weekend adventure!!

You can install LAMP and OpenSSH-server during the installation if you are using the server installation CD. If for some reason you're using the desktop edition, you can install the server packages by going to System-> Administration->Synaptic Package Manager->Edit->Mark packages by task. You'll have to install Webmin separately as it isn't included in the repositories.
