I try to install a theme(tar.gz)and i saved it in DOWNLOADS folder. Then i go to System--->Preferences-->Appearance--->Theme and click on Install & find the theme i downloaded. Then it says install theme correct. However two seconds after that it says"theme will not look as intended because the required icon theme "Human" isn't installed." Is that the right way of installing a theme/ or how can i install Human? Please help! What should I do?

What version of Ubuntu are you running?
Generally speaking, some themes are not intended for all Desktop environments, so you should pick carefully and install the ones that do suite yours.
