OK so I have a GeForce 9500gt as you can guess :). I have a m2n-sli deluxe mobo that has a s/pdif output. I connected the s/pdif to the video card. One weird thing is the arrows that the guide said should point to each other are A) on different pins or B) on the wrong side of the pin. So, I just used the configuration that let the computer start :p. Any who, I used the AlsaUpdate script and installed 1.0.22.1 AND I STILL don't get HDMI on my aplay -l. I have a s/pdif on my alsamixer and I set them to the highest volume + unmuted + PCM default playback source. However, still no sound on my HDTV :(.

Iv seen guides for GT2xx on XBMC but I don't think the patch applies to my card. Plus, I don't want to break anything.

OH forgot using the 190 drivers for my graphics card. Has anyone tried to do this with this card????
