Problem with Netgear WG311v3

i cant seem to find a way to install the software for the Netgear WG311v3 wireless adapter in Ubuntu 9.10.

You probably need to install ndis-gtk and use that to install the .INF file from the XP driver version on the CD you have of windows drivers. That is certainly what was needed for the WG511v2 that I use on an old laptop.
