Hotmail Probs

Anyone else having trouble with Hotmail in Firefox? Mine has been cutting out on me for the last month or so. Sometimes the page doesn't load. Anyone have a free webmail (besides gmail) that they can recommend. I am ready to dump hotmail even though I have had it since before it was owned by MS. Thanks.

yep ive been having a few problems via firefox but I don't use it much since hotmail accounts are now accessible via pop3 so I use evolution to manage my mail.

I distro hop too much to worry about setting up pop, looking at other webmails, anyone have a recommendation?

id go gmail totally. text only ads...integrated chat and now 'buzz'...7 gb of storage :cool:
hotmail is probably spazing out cause MS has discovered your using Linux LOL

Pookiebear: I have the same problem with Hotmail since I updated to FF 3.6. I use Opera to check my mail and FF for everything else. The only thing I can think of is to save my bookmarks, unintstall FF 3.6 and reinstall FF 3.5. Hope this gives you some options other than giving up your email account.
