You want to use different DNS servers than the ones allocated by your ISP?
Right click Network Manager icon in top right and select Edit Connections, or open Network Settings from System-Administration.
Select your connection, click Edit.
Select the IPv4 tab.
In the drop down list instead of Automatic DHCP select Automatic DHCP addresses only. That will get only your IP from the provider, not the DNS servers.
At the bottom of the windows there is a DNS field where you can enter the IPs of the DNS servers you want to use. You can enter more than one server with ; between them.
Click on OK or Close to close all the windows and that's it. Those settings will remain even after restarting so you shouldn't need to do it every time you boot.
