Using the Ubuntu disc, install ndisgtk, ndiswrapper-common and ndiswrapper-utils-x from Synaptic.

Starting from step 2 in the link,
configure ndiswrapper using the windows driver for your wireless adaptor. (http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/linux-ndiswrapper-wpa_supplicant-howto/)

With internet access now available, you can install the other packages normally.

Or

Did you want to install Ubuntu from the pendrive?

If the packages you need are available from the repos, you can download them with Keryx (http://keryxproject.org).
