I've tried opening this in Appearence, and GTK 2.0, neither work. There is no error in GTK, but in appearence it says its not a valid theme. http://eamon63.deviantart.com/art/GTK-Leopard-for-Linux-121260672 <--- Link.

Does anyone know how to install, it do I need another program? I run 9.04 if it matters.

EDIT: I got it, but the icons are on the left (minimize, close, maximize)

Does anyone know how to shift them to the left?

Try going here http://www.howtoforge.com/mac4lin_make_linux_look_like_a_mac

It's a different theme but the steps for changing the icons should still work, just look for the theme you're using as opposed to what it shows.
