Doing a reinstall... and my /home partition

Is there something I need to watch out for to prevent my /home partition from being reformatted during a reinstall of ubuntu?

At the partitioning stage of installation, choose to specify partitions manually, and just make sure (a) not to set the home partition to be formatted and (b) to mount it as /home.
