Just upgraded, so I haven't seen any bugs yet.
But the speed improvement is very noticeable.

Can you post your RAM usage and amount of installed RAM on the system containing version 3.2?

Currently, system monitor shows 529MB being used out of a total of 4GB.
I have OpenOffice Writer running, and its taking up around 29MB.
What exactly are you looking for?

I was looking for the RAM usage with OpenOffice open, which is exactly what you've posted(29MB, for yourself ofcourse....not necessarily for everyone).

I always want to smack my head on the desk when copy and paste lags in excel. To be fair, I work on a Mac and I hear MS Office is really bad on Macs.

Since the OOo 3.2 updates my menus have gone weird.
The text and menu background colour are the same and I cannot see.

I don't think it's stable yet.
The updates were included in Ubuntu 10.04 Alpha

I didn't see that anyone posted this. Maybe they did, but I missed it.
Anyway, Open Office 3.2.0 deb package available here (http://download.openoffice.org/other.html).
I haven't installed the sucker yet, but there's some info on installation here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1404641).
