I love ubuntu and recently moved where I only have a dial up connection (aka the 18th century)

I do not have gnomeppp and would like to get it so that I can set up a dial up connection.

I am able to download the application from another computer, put it on a usb or disk and then install it on my computer.

How can I get these programs(gnomeppp and gtkpod) from the internet and install them on my computer?

THANK YOU!!!
