HP envy 13 Trackpad

Just installed ubuntu 9.10 64bit -- everything seemed to works fine minus the sound which i fixed. However, i am having trouble with my trackpad.

Once i put 2 fingers on the pad the cursor jumps around like crazy nor does my physical click work on the track pad im forced to used the double tap on the trackpad. Nor can i right click. Any help is appreciated.

Please post the fix for the audio. I also have a hp envy 13 that i have installed (32bit) karma on but the sound and touch pad are not working.
I have thrown every fix posted and i still can not get the audio and the pad working. i can work around the pad but the sound is a deal killler
