Have you configured port forwarding, or does your router use upnp?

Test your port first.
Open Transmission -> Edit -> preferences.
Network tab -> test port.

Also the torrentz.com screenshot you posted doesn't tell in detail about this torrent, so first verify the trackers for this torrent.
