can not complete install

I am attempting to install 9.10 on a Dell D600 latitude and it get close to the end of the install and I get a permission denied and refers me to a temp file that I can not find temp\wubi-9.10ubuntu-rev160.log

is this a wubi install? if it is, you will get more results if you change the tag to wubi and not ubuntu.
